Unit 3 Develop and Implement Effective Communication Systems For Health and Safety Information

 Unit 3_Element 1.1

Research proposed and new health and safety legislation, codes of practice, standards, health and safety risk assessment and control procedures and practices, technical developments, and best practice in order to:

a) Develop as appropriate to the organisation 

b) Implement as appropriate to the organisation


Think about what resources you have available and use to help you research the latest health and safety legislation and best practice? 

a) Tell your assessor, how you use these resources to ensure the development of your procedures comply with the latest legislation?

b) Tell your assessor, how you implement these changes in your Policies and procedures

Unit 3_Element 2.1

Develop appropriate systems for communicating health and safety information relating to input materials, goods, equipment, services, and resources bought in by the organisation covering:

d) reactive monitoring.

a) Think about the goods, equipment, and services that your organisation uses. Tell your assessor what proactive monitoring is planned and completed. Tell your assessor why it is done.
